Acceptance
By using SimpliFloors.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Estimates & quotes
Online prices are good-faith installed ranges based on the details you provide. No visit is required to see a price. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a free in-home measure and signed work order, which happens only when you choose to move forward.
Orders & payment
All orders require a deposit. Balance is due on substantial completion. We accept ACH, all major credit cards, and approved financing.
Cancellations
You may cancel a contract within 3 business days of signing for a full refund of any deposit. After material is ordered, restocking fees may apply.
Installation warranty
Workmanship is warranted for the life of the floor under the original purchaser. Manufacturer warranties cover the material itself - see /warranty for details.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods or services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
